- Can I combine discounts or promotions?

You can only use one discount or promotion per order. Shopify will automatically pick the best discount for your order.

- Why is my cart showing two shipping charges?

Smaller print sizes are produced in our home studio, but larger print sizes need to be printed on an industrial printer. Individual items should be marked with relevant size shipping info. As a rule of thumb, similar sizes will ship together but if you pick lots of different sizes there may be an additional charge

- Do the prints come framed?

Our prints ship unframed. Our product images show the artwork framed so that you can see what they will look like once you frame them. This is listed in each product description. 

- My print has an imperfection, is this normal?

In rare instances, our studio giclée printing process may result in minor imperfections. Each print is produced individually by hand, and an occasional stray ink spot can occur. We view this as part of the handmade nature of the process. However, if an imperfection affects the overall quality of the print, we are happy to offer a replacement.
