Refund Policy

Everything here is meant to brighten your space. If something you ordered isn't doing that, tell us and we'll make it right.

Our art prints and our fabric come from different places, so the details work a little differently for each. Both are below.

Art Prints Return Policy

You have 30 days from the day your print arrives to ask for a return. Send it back the way it came to you, and hang onto your receipt or order confirmation.

Fabric Return Policy

Every yard is printed to order, just for you. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting.

If what arrives isn't right, you have 60 days from delivery to reach out, and you pick how we fix it. We can reprint any damaged or defective items, or take it back and refund you.

New to our fabric? Start with a fat quarter. It's half the width and half the length of a full yard, so you get a real piece to work with before committing to yardage. 

Starting a return

Email info@tarareedart.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. If we approve the return, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label and let you know where to send it. Please wait to hear from us before sending anything back, since we can't accept returns that arrive unannounced.

Something arrived damaged or wrong?

Send us your order number and photos of the piece and its packaging. We'll get a replacement out to you or refund you, whichever you'd rather have, and shipping is on us either way.

Changing or cancelling a fabric order

Fabric heads into production fast, so reach out right away. If printing hasn't started we'll take care of it. Once it has, we can't change the order, but your 60 days still kicks in when it arrives.

Exchanges

We don't do exchanges. Send back what you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for what you'd rather have.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we'll refund your original payment method for the price of your items plus tax. Prints take up to 10 business days, fabric up to 5. If the mix-up was on our end, your original shipping comes back too. We handle one claim per order.
